— My husband
While at Leo Burnett, I applied for a fellowship with the Experience Institute to teach myself how to relax. It worked?
I'm an adjunct faculty member of Columbia College Chicago's English department, for which I've taught professional writing courses since 2007. Perennial coursework includes "Reviewing the Arts," which teaches students how to write critically about the creative world around them.
I’m a big supporter of Girls Rock! Chicago, a self-esteem–focused nonprofit that every 8-year-old girl (and her parents) should know about. I co-founded the Board of Directors in 2006 and now serve on its Advisory Board.
